Ingredients:
- 1 C Butter or Margarine
- 1 C Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg Yoke
- 1 t Vanilla
- 2 C Flour
- 1/4 t Salt
- 8-12 oz Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 C Chopped Walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter and sugar well. Add egg yoke and vanilla. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Stir flour and salt in. Spread into an ungreased 13×10″ pan (leave about 1″ around the edge as it will spread out). Bake 20-25 minutes or till lightly browned. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and leave in cooling oven for a moment. Using a butter knife, spread melted chocolate evenly across the top. Sprinkle walnuts on top (I usually only use 1/2 C of nut and only put the nuts on half). Let cool overnight (so the chocolate is solid). Cut into squares.
