“Will I get a germ if I click on it?”

(Actually, if you think about it, this makes more sense than the commonly used term ‘virus’.  In medicine, we have to just let viruses run their course, but we can kill bacteria. If we can destroy computer viruses, aren’t they really more like germs?)
